Cawleys christmas operating hours
COLLECTIONS & OPERATING HOURS
We would like to let you know about our Christmas and New Year operating changes so that you can plan your waste collection requirements. Dependant on the type of service you receive collections and operating hours may differ so please ensure that you read the following information carefully as it may affect your collection schedule.
Extra collections for all services during December and the New Year period should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as it does get very busy.
WHEELED BINS, BAGS & RELS
Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th Dec - closed*
Wednesday 27th to Saturday 30th Dec - normal operating hours
Monday 1st Jan - closed*
Tuesday 2nd Jan - normal operating hours
*No collections will take place on these days. If you have a once-per-week collection that falls on Monday 25th December and Monday 1st January we will reschedule your collections. Multiple collection services will be cleared on your next scheduled collection. If you have a once-per-week collection that falls on Tuesday 26th December it will be recovered on your next scheduled collection on Tuesday 2nd January.
ROLLONS, SKIPS & OTHER SERVICES
Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th Dec- closed
Wednesday 27th to Saturday 30th Dec - normal operating hours
Monday 1st Jan – closed
Tuesday 2nd Jan - normal operating hours
CANCELLATIONS AND EXTRA BOOKINGS
If you wish to cancel or change a scheduled collection for any service please email customer services at christmas@cawleys.co.uk by Thursday 30th November.
We appreciate that many of our customers may experience a change in waste generated during this period and should you foresee any increase or decrease ahead of Christmas or New Year which will require changes to your collections we recommend you let us know as soon as possible.
