Christmas is approaching fast and it's always good to plan ahead.
With that in mind, please find below a run-down of our weekly waste and recycling collection schedule for week commencing 21st December 2020:
Monday 21st – normal
Tuesday 22nd – normal
Wednesday 23rd – normal
Thursday 24th – normal
Friday 25th – closed
Saturday 26th – closed
New Year opening will be as follows:
Monday 28th (Bank Holiday) – normal
Tuesday – normal
Wednesday – normal
Thursday – normal
Friday (1st) – closed
Saturday (2nd) –normal
Those sites with a once weekly or fortnightly collection due on 25th and 26th of December and 1st January will have their waste collected as a priority on Monday 28th December and 4th January as appropriate. Sites with multiple weekly collections will either be rescheduled through the week OR we will collect any excess on the next scheduled collection w/c 28th Dec or 4th Jan.
If you need to change your collections or put in place extra bins or extra collections please let us know as soon as possible, preferably by Friday 11th December, to ensure that we can meet your requirements. If you will be closed and we will not be able to access your bins you must let us know or you will be charged.
With regard to skip and rollon collections we recommend booking any request services well in advance because it does get very busy. Any scheduled skip or rollon services falling on the days we are closed will be pulled forward to Christmas Eve if required however please let us know what your specific requirements are.
