Keech Hospice Care is a charity which supports adults and children from Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes, who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses.
They are unique as one of the few hospices in the UK which provide care for both adults and children. As a charity, they provide free, specialist care to help patients live pain and symptom free, to spend untroubled time with their family and friends, to understand what’s happening to them, to stay out of hospital and to make the most of the time they have.
Care isn’t just provided at the hospice in Luton but also in hospitals, schools, care homes or family homes – wherever the support is needed the most. The hospice is a welcoming and friendly place with a rambling garden with water features, relaxing seating areas and wooded walks designed by Alan Titchmarsh. There is also has a calm courtyard oasis garden and a children’s garden, purpose-built to meet the needs of youngsters with life-limiting conditions.
Cawleys are extremely proud to support such a worthwhile charity and take part in a number of fund raising activities to help support the fantastic work the hospice undertakes on a daily basis.
