We would like to let you know about our Christmas and New Year operating changes so that you can plan your waste collection requirements. Dependant on the type of service you receive collections and operating hours may differ so please ensure that you read the following information carefully as it may affect your collection schedule.
Extra collections for all services during December and the New Year period should be booked as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as it does get very busy.
*No collections will take place on these days. If you have a once per week collection that falls on a Monday your next scheduled collection will take place on 8th January when we will clear any excess.
If you have a once per week collection that falls on a Tuesday your next scheduled collection will take place on 2nd January.
Please email us if you require your collection to be rescheduled during either of these weeks. Otherwise, all waste will be collected on your next scheduled collection as noted.
You will be charged for your scheduled collections on all dates including 25th, 26th Dec and 1st January unless you cancel or reschedule by email to email@example.com
If you wish to cancel or change a scheduled collection for any service please email customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday 18thDecember.
We appreciate that many of our customers may experience a change in waste generated during this period and should you foresee any increase or decrease ahead of Christmas or New Year which will require changes to your collections we recommend you let us know as soon as possible.
