The role is to provide support to the Customer Service team dealing with customer queries and orders.
is a very busy role requiring someone with the ability to work quickly and accurately whilst maintaining high levels of customer services to all our customers.
You will have experience of a customer service role within an office environment, and you will be comfortable dealing with high volume enquiries that will come to the department as either telephone calls or emails.
You must therefore be a whizz on the computer, with excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
You will have a professional and confident telephone manner and will be able to deal with customers both internal and external. You will be able to handle problems when they occur, and you will work closely with the transport department to ensure a smooth service for all our customers.
The role reports to the Customer Services Manager, and full training on our in-house systems will be provided. Due to the current Government guidelines this role will be home based, but after the restrictions end it is an office-based role.
