Cawleys is a third-generation family business and has been operating for over 60 years. We collect, sort, treat and recycle waste, specialising in eco technologies for areas such as Hazardous Waste, Food Waste Recycling and Anaerobic Digestion.

Working towards Zero landfill, our  innovative expertise, allows for creative and holistic solutions from domestic skip hire through to complete integrated sustainability concepts and implementation.   

Strong in name and in spirit, Cawleys are one of the most innovative recycling and waste management companies in the industry, operating throughout the Hertfordshire, Bedforshire, Buckinghamshire & Northants regions and nationally through our sister company WasteSolve.

Cawleys tailors its services to meet the needs of each customer group and to ensure consistent, superior service at the local level with over 100 vehicles in our fleet. Headquartered in Luton with regional depots in Milton Keynes and Wellingborough we offer a comprehensive waste collection and recycling service supplying Skips, Rollon Rolloff containers, Compaction and Baling Equipment, Wheeled Eurocarts, Liquid Waste and Chemical Waste disposal and many more.
   
• RECYCLING. As with all industries, new technology has resulted in advancements in waste management and our continued investment in this has seen a £3.5 million extension to our existing Materials Recycling Facility in Luton to accommodate the very latest high specification sorting equipment and increase our commitment to reducing the amount of waste taken to landfill.
   
• RENEWABLE ENERGY. Our partnership with Biogengreenfinch to divert over 50,000 tonnes of food waste into biogas plants per annum not only offers our customers a cost effective sustainable solution to food waste disposal but also increases capture rates of recyclables from the commercial waste stream.

The Luton operation is also home to our vehicle and engineering workshops, where we not only service all of our own fleet of vehicles, but maintain and remanufacture our own compaction and baling equipment with our experienced and dedicated staff providing a fast response to breakdowns and routine servicing of all our rental equipment.

We are members of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management, Road Haulage Association  and  the Association for Organics Recycling and award winners for the last six years from the British Safety Council for our excellent safety record. We have also been proactive in adopting the Icon Driver Training Programme ensuring professional competence to our customers.  The company operates to the highest possible standards and are ISO 9001:2008 (Quality)  and  ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental) certificated.
